Aurine Crémieu


Aurine Crémieu is a producer of TV documentaries for France 2, France 5, Arte, Stylia etc. She has been nominated for her two "Epicerie Fine" episodes on Croatia, which were broadcast on TV5 Monde. In the 26 minute-long programme Guy Martin, the French chef, presented two Istrian products: bošakrin (indigenous Istrian cattle), and fish and shellfish. With the help of Istrian enthusiasts, the French chef talks about the protection of boškarin and preserving its history as well as its incredible quality.
