Tourist fairs are an important part of doing business in the tourism sector and are therefore an integral part of the marketing activities of most business entities within the sector. The goal of tourism fairs is to gather the main stakeholders of the tourism sector in one place, and thus they are one of the fundamental instruments for presenting and monitoring innovations and trends in the tourism industry. In this sense, fairs serve as platforms for achieving business goals, i.e. presenting news, launching new products, developing brand awareness, improving recognition and, also important, monitoring competitor activities.
