The arrival of the inaugural flight of T'way Air with 337 passengers on the regular route Seoul - Zagreb was marked with a traditional water salute. The plane's landing marked the reconnection of the two capitals after a five-year pause.

The last regular flight between Zagreb and Seoul was at the end of November 2019. Therefore, the re-establishment of this line is a significant innovation in Zagreb airport traffic.

The company will operate the flight three times a week, starting from May 16 to October 26, 2024, every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday using an A330-300 aircraft with 347 seats. Estimated arrival time in Zagreb is 7:55 p.m., while departure time is 9:25 p.m. Zagreb will be T'way Air's first European destination, followed by Paris, Rome, Barcelona and Frankfurt. Flights can be booked on the T'way Air website.

Hong-Geun Jeong, executive director of T'way Air, on the occasion of the inaugural flight at Zagreb airport, said that T'way Air is dedicated to the development of the tourism industry in Croatia, as well as promoting good relations between the two countries through greater exchange of people and goods.

Nicolas Duthilleul, chief operating officer of Zagreb International Airport, pointed out that Koreans are in love with Croatia and that work will continue to be done on the additional connection of these two countries in order to establish year-round lines with even more frequencies.
