Co-Exhibitor Application Form (Contract) 2027

All information regarding the concept and co-exhibition options is available in the 2027 Co-Exhibitor Application Form (Contract) and the 2027 General Terms and Conditions of Co-Exhibition.

To exhibit at the CNTB stand, the co-exhibitor is required to cover the stand rental fee, as determined by the fair organizer, as well as 50% of the stand setup costs. These setup costs are specified by the technical contractor appointed through a public procurement process. The remaining 50% of the setup costs will be covered by the CNTB.*

* Due to budgetary limitations on setup expenses for co-exhibitor booths at the CNTB stand, financial support will be available only to eligible applicants who submit their signed contracts/application forms before the allocated funds for this purpose are exhausted.

The cost of co-exhibition depends on the type of co-exhibitor space selected and includes the rental and construction costs of the stand, which the co-exhibitor agrees to pay to the Croatian National Tourist Board. Rental prices are subject to change and are determined by the respective fair organizers.

Please indicate the appropriate amount in the Contract/Application Form, based on the lease and arrangement costs provided for each fair. Once again, we emphasize that the published price reflects the full setup cost. Until funds are depleted, you are requested to enter a reduced amount—50% of the full stand arrangement price—in the application form.
We encourage all interested parties to apply for co-exhibition as early as possible. Please note that the CNTB reserves the right to reject applications due to space limitations.

The recommended application deadline for trade fairs taking place in the first quarter of 2027 is no later than September 2026, and for autumn fairs, no later than the end of the year—or until all available spaces at each stand have been filled.

Note: The Croatian National Tourist Board reserves the right to make changes if deemed necessary and justified over time.
