Awards
We give awards to individuals, organisations, destinations and other stakeholders who actively participate in tourism development. These awards recognise the efforts and achievements of those who have significantly contributed to the improvement of the tourism offer at the local, regional and national level and to improving the recognition of Croatia as an attractive and sustainable destination. Special attention is also paid to the promotion of Croatian tourism at home and abroad, which further enhances Croatia's competitiveness and reputation on the global tourism market.
People of Tourism
The People of Tourism awards are awarded during Croatian Tourism Days for special contributions to the development and promotion of Croatian tourism through exceptional knowledge, work, effort and dedication that raise the quality of the offer and enhance the image of Croatia as a desirable, safe and sustainable destination.
The award recognises the commitment, passion and innovation of individuals in tourism driving organisations and destinations.
The award highlights the annual contribution of individuals, companies, institutions and associations which, with their knowledge and effort, improve tourism and destinations.
The award recognises the outstanding contribution and long-term commitment of individuals who leave a lasting mark in Croatian tourism.
Annual Croatian Tourism Awards
The Annual Croatian tourism awards are presented during Croatian Tourism Days for several categories to highlight outstanding achievements in tourism. The awards recognise the expertise, innovation and commitment of individuals, companies and destinations, promoting the quality and competitiveness of Croatian tourism and inspiring the development of new tourism projects and initiatives.

Since 2005, we have been awarding the Golden Pen media award with the aim of highlighting the value of a professional approach to writing about Croatia and Croatian tourism. We are aware that an important contribution to success in tourism is also made by foreign tourism journalists. The award is given for the best articles and radio and television segments about Croatian tourism, for the best blog post and the best social media post.
